Booking Policy
- Initial Booking Advance: At the time of booking, a 50% advance payment of the total land package cost is required to confirm hotel reservations, private transport, and safari permits.
- Flight / Air Ticket Issuance: At the time of issuance of flight tickets / train tickets, 100% upfront payment for airfare is mandatory as per airline ticketing regulations.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the package must be cleared prior to departure or handover of travel vouchers.
Cancellation Policy for Land Packages
If unexpected circumstances necessitate canceling your confirmed package, please submit a written cancellation request via email to info@designurvactions.com or our Paschim Vihar office. As per the Booking / Cancellation policy of the package, the following schedule applies:

Peak Season Bookings: Bookings during peak holiday seasons, festivals (Diwali, Christmas, New Year), and long weekends are Non-Refundable.
Hotel Advance Policy: Payments made to non-refundable hotel partners will not be refunded but are adjustable towards future bookings with Design Ur Vacations.
Privacy Policy & Guest Assurance
At Design Ur Vacations, guest privacy is paramount. Personal details (identification, passport copies for international packages/safari permits, contact numbers) collected during booking are used exclusively for ticketing, government clearances, and hotel guest registers. We do not sell or rent guest contact information to third-party marketing entities.
